In an age of information overload we need a daily practice to quiet the mind. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It really is a privilege to guide another human being through this beautiful practice. If you think you cannot meditate, maybe you have not yet discovered the method that fits you. Like every good relationship, we must invest the time to enjoy the benefit.

Our bodies can be calibrated like musical instruments. When they are properly tuned, we experience a sense of well-being and authentic self-expression.
I work with Tuning forks to promote healing through the principles of resonance and entrainment, where their vibrations interact with the body's natural frequencies. By emitting specific tones, they help promote balance and harmony within the energy field, nervous system, and emotional state. This process supports overall well-being by guiding the body toward its optimal state of health and alignment.

Reiki (ray-key) is a technique for promoting healing and relaxation, suitable for anyone, and it offers physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits by balancing energy and relieving stress. As a level two Reiki practitioner I am able to provide distance healing as well as in person sessions.

If we ask ourselves what in our day-to-day living keeps us small, shrinks us down, prevents us from living our most authentic self, the answer is usually fear. We hide our true self to fit in, to avoid falling out of favor. To express our self-worth can be risky. I help women breakdown their own barriers and grow confident in who they are and what they are meant to accomplish in this world.

My desire is to transmit, to teach others what I have learned through my own healing, to share my story, to inspire others to take the leap, to live with love, to know what we are made of.
